Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of external audit, statutory reporting, or finance shared services experience; Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory financial reporting, and tax principles.
• End-to-end finance processes: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash.
• Proficient Excel; experience with Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance.
• Data collection and analysis to identify key themes and trends.
• Deliver audit assignments, fieldwork, and report findings with corrective actions.
• Prepare data analytics reports and insights for management.
• Advise on applying existing procedures and precedents.
• Identify noncompliance and escalate issues within the team.
