Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an Audit Associate to support execution of international audit engagements. You will work under the supervision of senior team members and perform procedures, document tests, and produce working papers with accuracy.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and at least 7 months of audit/accounting experience. CPA is advantageous but not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 months of relevant audit, accounting, bookkeeping or assurance experience; internships counted.
• CPA licensure is an advantage but not required; both CPA and non-CPA candidates welcome.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial reporting and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of audit engagements for international clients under supervision.
• Perform audit procedures including testing of accounts, documentation review, and data analysis.
• Prepare accurate working papers in line with firm methodologies and standards.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational information to support conclusions.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client contacts to obtain documents and meet deadlines.
