• Events: Collaborate with clients to determine AV needs, and implement their specifications
• Installation: Install permanent AV equipment in offices, schools, and other buildings
• Maintenance: Clean, repair, and maintain equipment
• Technical support: Provide technical assistance to users of AV equipment
• Inventory: Create and maintain records of inventory, maintenance, and other equipment details
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment or system errors
• Monitoring: Monitor sound and video feeds, and conduct quality control analysis during performances
