Position: AU Invoice Processing Assistant

Location: Central Luzon

Your Role

As an AU Invoice Processing Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Enter invoice data into Salesforce for processing.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Invoice Coordinators (onshore team).
  • Ensure invoices are processed and quality-checked within 3 business days.
  • Meet KPIs of 375 invoices per week with less than 2% error rate.
  • Enter data exactly as per the invoice, with no assumptions.
  • Escalate invoice issues to the Invoice Manager case queue on the same business day.
  • Make outbound calls to providers when required (scripts and training provided).
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks, including updating records and assisting with emails.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, AP, invoice processing, or clerical/data entry roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps, with strong typing skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Experience with invoicing software (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Australian disability benefits (advantageous).
  • Experience with email follow-ups (a plus).
