TOA Global is seeking an AU Intermediate Bookkeeper in the Philippines to take ownership of end-to-end Australian client bookkeeping. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, and BAS/IAS processes, ensuring real-time, accurate data for partners and management.

As an AU Intermediate Bookkeeper, you are a critical driver of financial health for Australian SMEs. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional ready to take ownership of the end-to-end bookkeeping lifecycle. You will move beyond simple data entry to manage complex payroll and compliance tasks, ensuring our Australian partners have the accurate real-time data they need to thrive.

Your Impact

• Master of the Ledger: Take full ownership of the daily financial heartbeat for multiple Australian clients. Process AP/AR and perform high-level bank and credit card reconciliations with a "zero-error" mindset, ensuring every transaction is accounted for.
• Champion of Payroll & Compliance: Navigate the technicalities of Australian payroll, superannuation, and employee entitlements. Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS under the guidance of senior leadership, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met with surgical precision.
• Cloud-Accounting Expert: Maintain pristine records using a modern tech stack, including Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks. Utilize cloud-based add-ons to streamline workflows and provide senior bookkeepers and managers with the robust reporting needed for strategic decision-making.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. Organize complex financial data to ensure that our global clients receive world-class support and seamless service delivery.
