Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking an Asst. Manager, Creatives (Motion Graphics) to lead motion graphics projects and collaborate with marketing teams. You will translate brand strategies into compelling video, animation, and graphic assets across digital, social, print, and events.

Your proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator will drive high-quality outputs. A strong portfolio and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or related creative environment.
• Strong portfolio in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Branding, and Key Visual Development.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; InDesign is an advantage.

Responsibilities

The Asst. Manager, Creatives (Motion Graphics) is a well-rounded multimedia creative specializing in motion graphics, animation, and video, with strong capabilities in graphic design, branding, Key Visual development, and multimedia production. The role supports CMCG and various business units by translating brand strategies and communication objectives into compelling creative executions across digital, social media, video, print, events, presentations, and other marketing platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, animation, video production, graphic design, or a related creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Branding, Logo Design, and Key Visual Development.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
• Experience in 2D animation, kinetic typography, animated graphics, logo animation, and motion-based content.I>
• Working knowledge of photo and video production, including cameras, lighting, framing, composition, and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, branding, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into effective static, motion, and video executions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
