Notified is seeking a QA Associate specialist in Makati to support IR website quality, configuration, and launch readiness. The role combines website testing, CMS configuration, and validation activities to ensure high-quality deliveries for investor relations websites.

The Associate QA Specialist works with developers and PMs to resolve issues and ensure all project requirements are met prior to go-live. This position follows an 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time shift, with a hybrid work model:

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or related field.
• 1–2 years in QA, website testing, or related role.
• Experience with QA automation tools, especially Playwright.
• CMS experience and basic HTML coding.
• Familiarity with Jira, ConnectWise, Salesforce, or similar tools.

Location

This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the quality, configuration, and launch readiness of Investor Relations (IR) websites. This role combines website setup, CMS configuration, content validation, functional testing, accessibility testing, webcast configuration, and go-live readiness activities to ensure high-quality website deliveries. The Associate QA Specialist works closely with developers and project managers to identify and resolve issues, validate website functionality, and ensure all project requirements are met prior to launch. The role also supports ongoing operational activities, including queue management, site maintenance, and process improvement initiatives, while helping deliver a seamless experience for clients and end users.

This role currently follows an 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time shift.

Compensation

Our salary range for this role is PHP 54,000 - PHP 59,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.

• Execute comprehensive Quality Assurance testing to ensure websites meet business requirements, design specifications, and quality standards before release.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and validate defects, issues, and enhancement requests, working closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate bug fixes, regression testing results, and production deployments to ensure issues are fully resolved and do not introduce new defects.
• Conduct Content QA reviews by verifying content accuracy, formatting, functionality, links, media assets, and consistency across websites.
• Execute go-live validation and post-deployment quality checks to ensure successful website launches.
• Monitor website quality trends and recommend improvements to QA processes, testing methodologies, checklists, workflows, and standards.
• Support the setup and configuration of the CMS platform, ensuring websites are properly configured and ready for content implementation and testing.
• Create, update, and maintain content, menus, widgets, custom global blocks, landing pages, and other CMS components for Investor Relations websites.
• Perform site setup activities and CMS configurations required for website implementation, ensuring all prerequisites are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage webcast configuration requests and perform testing to ensure webcast-related functionality meets client requirements.
• Track and manage assigned work items, QA requests, and project deliverables to support timely completion and adherence to project deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including test automation, process optimization, knowledge sharing, and quality best practices.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, website testing, or a related role.
• Experience with QA automation tools, particularly Playwright, or other test automation frameworks.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic HTML coding.
• Experience using project and issue management tools such as Jira, ConnectWise, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and track issues effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG compliance standards.

• Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks, particularly Playwright.
• Familiarity with CMS configuration, site setup activities, and website launch processes.
• Experience supporting content validation, go-live testing, and post-launch verification activities.
