Testronic is seeking an Associate QA Test Lead to join our FQA team. You will lead QA efforts for high-quality gaming experiences, coordinating testers and ensuring processes and client requirements are met.

The role emphasizes mentoring, line management, and proactive communication with stakeholders. With a strong track record in QA leadership, you will guide testing activities, design tasks, and help optimize testing progress while adhering to security and company policies in a global

• Excellent understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of game mechanics and player experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks or projects under supervision of Project Manager and/or Project Lead.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and thoroughly within a set timeframe.
• Ensure client briefings, Testronic processes and best practices are followed by all Technicians.
• Assist in test design and test case creation when required.
• Assist in identifying staffing requirements and absences.
• Inform supervisors of issues affecting testing progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist and mentor testers.
• Perform line management of QA Technicians.
• Perform staff evaluations in the monthly 'Tester Evaluation' system.
• Assist with data preparation and presentation slides for client meetings and reviews.
• Attend mentoring and goal-setting sessions with Line Manager.
• Ensure accurate work-time tracking and correct any errors.
• Adhere to company security procedures and elevate breaches to supervisor.
• Apply and enforce company policies and procedures.
