Testronic seeks an Associate QA Test Lead to join our FQA team, spearheading QA efforts for high-quality gaming experiences. The role involves coordinating testing activities under PM/PL supervision and mentoring testers in an international setting.

Ideal candidates have proven QA leadership, deep game-dev lifecycle knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for gaming and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading QA teams and coordinating testing efforts.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics and player experience.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of tasks or projects under supervision of Project Manager and/or Project Lead.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and thoroughly, and within a specified timeframe.
• Ensure that client briefings, Testronic process and general best practices are followed by all Technicians.
• Assist in Test Design and Test Case Creation when required.
• Assist in identifying and communicating staffing requirements and absences.
• Inform supervisors of any issue that may slow down, stop - or improve - testing progress as early as possible and proactively communicate to internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
• Assist and mentor testers.
• Perform line management of QA Technicians.
• Perform staff evaluation of testing staff in the monthly ‘Tester Evaluation’ system.
• Assist with preparation of data and presentation slides for client meetings and reviews.
• Attend mentoring and goal settings sessions with Line Manager.
• Ensure worktime tracking of assigned team members is correct and adjust any errors as necessary.
• Adhere to company security procedures and elevate perceived breaches to supervisor.
• Apply and comply with company policies and procedures and enforce them.
