Job summary

Fictiv is building the operating system for sourcing custom mechanical parts. As an Associate Technical Program Manager, you will work directly with manufacturing partners in the United States to manage high mix/low volume projects, ensuring execution within scope, to customer requirements, and within budget.

You will drive scheduling, address in‑progress questions, provide status visibility to the customer teams, and mitigate risks that threaten delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 1 year in hardware/manufacturing project management.
• Strong teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English and experience in multicultural environments.
• Experience with three or more manufacturing processes: 3DP, CNC Machining, Rapid Tooling, Injection Molding, Urethane Casting, Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• Proven PM skills: scope, timing, and quality management.
• Knowledge of quality control, testing, and logistics.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing part requirements to completion.
• Experience in low-volume proto builds preferred.
• Problem-solving, results-oriented, and able to manage tight delivery schedules.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and good documentation.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter, time-efficient, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and gritty, able to work with ambiguous processes while meeting goals.
• Interest in improving repeatable and adaptable systems.

Responsibilities

• Project management from initiation to completion with scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Mitigate risks and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule and assign work orders to manufacturing partners to fulfill builders' orders.
• Answer technical questions from manufacturers about part fabrication.
• Evaluate and implement post-sale change requests while mitigating risks.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in Technical Project Management workflows.
• Communicate proactively with all involved to provide updates and improve efficiency.
