Job summary

Railway Corp is seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced team focused on reliability, deployment, and operations of SaaS services. The role is hands-on, requiring experience with cloud platforms, automation, and observability to improve platform resilience.

You will work with cross-functional teams, write tooling and training, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with Python and at least one of Java, Golang or C#.
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with AWS or Azure platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications.
• Experience with Linux distributions (Debian, RHEL).
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch or similar.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes, AWS EKS or Azure AKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions) and IaC.
• Strong English communication for global collaboration.
• SRE/DevOps background or related certificates is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security practices is a plus.

The Associate SRE role is a reputed company of infrastructure, networking, operating systems, automation, development, and application administration. It is a hands‑on technical position in a fast‑paced atmosphere. What You Will Be Doing

• Work Monday through Friday, approximately 2 PM to 11 PM U.S. reputed company Time, including lunch)
• US citizenship and must be located domestically in the U.S.

• Working with geographically dispersed, cross-departmental teams to solve difficult problems

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

• A BSc in Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with an achieved BSc in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree)
• Proficiency with Python and experience with one of the following languages:
  • Java
  • Golang
  • C#
• Proficiency working with Bash or PowerShell programmatically
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company platforms (AWS or Azure preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications
• Experience troubleshooting network and storage infrastructure issues
