Job summary

You will mentor staff, work with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory packages are prepared, and maintain accurate status in the project database while adhering to SOPs and client directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 5+ years experience in site activation or similar, or equivalent education/training.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established target cycle times for site activations.
• Act as country subject matter expert for site activation and advise on local strategy.
• Develop and implement local submission strategy.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with internal departments.
• Prepare regulatory compliance review packages as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal functions to align site startup activities.
• Mentor staff and participate in process improvements.
