Job summary

Rocket Clicks is hiring an Associate SEO Specialist to execute organic search strategies for client accounts from a remote Philippines team. You will implement SEO tasks, perform technical health checks, and support content creation with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with designers and editors, use WordPress and leading SEO tools, and contribute to monthly performance reporting within an agile sprint framework.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in professional services organizations.
• 2+ years professional experience in SEO.
• Prior agency experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for client industries.
• Follow the First Principles methodology in account execution.
• Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Perform weekly SEO tasks within sprint planning.
• Update websites via CMS or direct code injections.
• Collaborate with design and editing partners on content.
• Run regular technical SEO health checks for sites.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for reporting.
• Participate in internal client meetings for clarity.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate SEO Specialist is responsible for the execution of organic search strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks.

As a front-line team member, they actively engage in search optimization on a daily basis to drive the necessary performance results for their clients. Their attendance and participation in internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions supports the Lead Channel Specialist in crafting ideal client work plans.

The Associate SEO Specialist also prioritizes the most critical tasks, finding efficiencies through automation and delegation to deliver their best work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry
• Ensure account execution follows company First Principles methodology
• Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Execute SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework
• Make updates to websites through CMS’ or direct code injection
• Work with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are using the most compelling content creative
• Execute regular technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance
• Implement and confirm conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs
• Attend internal virtual client meetings for context and clarity of tasks
• Execute audits of client and prospect accounts using provided framework to harvest opportunities for growth
• Work with generative AI to develop search-friendly content for client websites
• Execute research to support marketing initiatives and direction

CAPABILITIES & KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Knack for “figuring it out” when taking on new tasks or processes
• Strong desire to grow and learn more, highly coachable
• Technically savvy, able to understand how systems work and interact quickly
• Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, rarely delivers work with mistakes in it
• Highly collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams
• Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally
• Experience working in content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot
• Using SEO software such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs
• Reporting against defined performance metrics
