Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or project management or related field required.
• PMP certification preferred; ITIL beneficial.
• Entry-level project management experience in a professional services setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with project stakeholders to move projects from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to proposals during the pre-sales process.
• Ensure delivery within baseline budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage client satisfaction and escalations to maintain service levels.
• Oversee the project lifecycle and coordinate planning, risk mitigation, and QA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients at site visits.
• Perform related tasks as required.
