A leading company in digital marketing is seeking an Associate Professional to assist in leading integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves managing diverse projects, optimizing strategies for success, and fostering alignment across departments. Applicants should possess a degree and relevant experience along with strong organizational and analytical skills.
The Associate Professional, Digital Marketing is responsible for aiding in leading assigned integrated marketing campaigns. He/She is accountable for helping in digital strategy, overseeing project execution, optimizing for success, and providing ROI. He/She is expected to remain detail oriented while managing various projects, staying on budget and meeting tight deadlines.
Major Responsibility: Digital Marketing Requirements
Supporting Actions:
• Controls, oversees, and maintains marketing efforts and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to Ingram Micro guidelines.
• Interfaces with creative, account executives, production, clients, and other stakeholders
• Has a breadth of basic knowledge across many overlapping disciplines, including paid social media and display advertising, email and marketing automation, organic social media, web and data analytics, SEO and SEM.
• Communicate effectively, work quickly, and stay organized to manage a project queue that has new projects added every day.
• Have a strong ability to foster alignment across departments and educate account managers, creative teams and external resources on current digital strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity in creative agency workflow, culture, roles, and team function
Major Responsibility: Subject Matter Expert
Supporting Actions:
• Creates and maintains Standard Operational Procedures to ensure accuracy of task executions. Prepare and maintain documentation of internal procedures, including transaction histories for system improvements.
• Builds and conducts training for backup system to ensure business continuity planning is in place for each process level being managed.
• Performs regular review/testing on tools and processes. May actively look for opportunities to develop new ideas to positively impact existing methods, services, or products.
• Generates and sends comprehensive reporting/analytics to internal and external customers as necessary. Ensures compliance of business requirements are in place.
• Act as a point of contact to share mastery, skillset and capabilities exhibited in the current role which shall be proactively shared to the team whenever challenges arise or when the supervisor is out.
Major Responsibility: Administrative Tasks
Supporting Actions:
• Facilitate meetings with onshore or offshore partners to ensure adequate flow of information to address any dependencies that may affect SLA measures of each department.
• Document all tasks done daily through internal trackers and logs to ensure comprehensive monitoring of associate's productivity is in place.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year course with minimum three-year applicable job experience; Degree may be substituted for up to 3-5 years of experience in similar process environment.
Technical Competencies
Certified in Podio processes (must have been a member of Podio Helpdesk for at least 1 year for internal candidates)
Have advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and tech savvy.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
