Job summary

HR Primo Management Services seeks a highly technical Associate Product Manager to become the key subject matter expert responsible for both new and existing products. The role focuses on deep product research and technical analysis to support our product portfolio, particularly in adapters, audio devices, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in product management or technical analysis.
• Proven experience with hardware or technology-focused products such as adapters and audio equipment.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Thunderbolt, USB 3.2 Gen 1, docking stations, and similar hardware.
• Strong ability to research and track technological developments and translate data into reports.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to product expert, providing research, technical insights, and data-driven analysis.
• Scout and evaluate new technologies and industry trends independently.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and supply chain to align product strategy.
• Create and maintain clear, impactful product documentation, datasheets, FAQs, and sales tools.
• Support product roadmaps and go-to-market plans with technical and competitive insights.
• Track product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
