Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Associate People Partner, North Asia to support regional HR programs across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. You will coordinate initiatives, maintain Workday data, and build strong stakeholder relationships across time zones.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, manage calendars, and deliver HR analytics with Excel to inform People Partner decisions in a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support strategic People Programs including Talent Review, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
• Coordinate regional People programs across North Asia's five markets and track deliverables.
• Organize meetings, logistics, and communications across time zones.
• Maintain Workday data and support annual HR processes (goal setting, performance conversations).
• Prepare HR dashboards and insights in Excel to support decision making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for interviews, onboarding and reporting.
• Build relationships with People Partners and business leaders across North Asia.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Associate People Partner, North Asia

What the day will look like

Strategic People Programs

• Support the planning and delivery of key People initiatives, including Talent Review, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, Wellness, and Organizational Change programs.

Project & Program Coordination

• Coordinate regional People programs across North Asia's five markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea), track achievements and deliverables, maintain project plans, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.

Calendar & Meeting Management

• Organize People-related meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and coordination across multiple time zones.

Workday & HR Process Administration

• Download, check and maintain accurate Workday data, and support annual People processes such as Goal Setting, Performance Conversations, and Talent Review preparation by monitoring completion and data quality.

People Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain clear HR reports, dashboards, and insights in Excel related to headcount, vacancies, turnover, promotions, diversity, and succession planning, supporting People Partner decisions.

Talent & Recruitment Support

• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and hiring-related reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Build effective working relationships with People Partners, business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional collaborators across North Asia. Adapt to different cultures and time zones to ensure successful regional People initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, support automation initiatives, and enhance employee and manager experiences through data and technology.
