Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines in Kapitolyo, Philippines seeks an entry-level Associate Network Engineer to support and maintain our network infrastructure.

You will assist in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; monitor performance, availability, and security; and collaborate with the network team to minimize downtime while gaining hands-on exposure to security measures and patching processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating technical documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborating with the security team to implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Assisting in planning and implementing network upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to deploy patches, updates, and new technologies.
• Working closely with other IT teams including systems administrators, application developers, and support teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Coordinating with vendors for hardware and software procurement, support, and troubleshooting.
• Engaging in continuous learning to expand technical skills and knowledge in networking.
• Participating in network-related projects such as expansions, migrations, and implementations.
• Performing any other related tasks as required.

About You
