Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver complex initiatives in the Philippines. The role contributes to planning, scope definition, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in project management, a strong background in methodologies and tools, and a willingness to learn and improve processes in a collaborative, in-person–focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with teams to define objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and help resolve issues and risks.
• Support resource allocation and budget monitoring.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across project managers and cross-functional teams.
