Job summary

FIS is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution. You will respond to client inquiries about current and past payment activity and support scheduling in a production environment.

Additionally, you will research issues, follow escalation procedures to meet SLAs, and contribute to automation, DR/BCP, and internal training. This role offers growth through diverse responsibilities at FIS.

Qualifications

• Cust service experience (2+ years preferred).
• Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge.
• Experience with production control tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
