Job summary

Gridlines is seeking an Associate Director to lead model audit, build financial models, and review advisory work across a portfolio of client assignments in the Philippines. The role involves guiding teams, ensuring accuracy, and driving methodological innovation.

You will work in a hybrid setup, combining office-based collaboration with remote and client-site work, while growing the business and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in a financial advisory or large corporate setting.
• Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate accounting/finance beneficial.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts; accounting qualification beneficial.
• Expertise in Project Finance and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of assignments.
• Oversee model audit assignments to ensure arithmetically and commercially correct models.
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into delivery of assignments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources for delivery.
