About the Role

The role involves managing end-to-end distribution and sales administration to support the company's objectives. Focus areas include agency performance, distribution governance, compensation & benefits, system support, communication, compliance, and licensing.

  • Distribution Governance: Lead and manage the team to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, oversee operations like compensation, agent agreements, registration, and agency hierarchy. Handle budgeting, cost analysis, and audit issues.
  • System Support: Provide technical support for systems such as DMS, E-Recruitment, and mobile apps. Ensure system enhancement, business continuity, and alignment with sales processes.
  • Strategic Relationships: Collaborate with senior leadership and external industry partners to strategize sales activities, represent the company at industry events, and facilitate cross-functional cooperation.
  • Communication & Market Research: Provide guidance on business rules, conduct industry research, and recommend improvements to agency programs.
  • Staff Development: Coach and mentor team members, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Solutions & Collections: Manage collection processes, foster customer-centric culture, participate in projects, and partner with sales teams to ensure training and competence of staff and agencies.
