Tooteeth Dental Clinic in Quezon City invites an Associate Dentist to join our team. You will enjoy absolute clinical freedom and manage your own treatment plans from day one, with good foot traffic at a newly opened clinic.

We welcome dentists with a DMD, PRC license, and at least 1 year of general dentistry experience. You’ll work independently, maintain high infection-control standards, and develop professionally in a modern, patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (DMD) is required.
• Current and valid PRC license is required.
• Completion of preceptorship is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in general dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental problems to plan treatments.
• Perform preventive and restorative procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics as needed.
• Assess and manage patient pain with appropriate anaesthetic protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Communicate treatment options and preventive care to patients, upholding infection control standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team. If you are a dentist who thrives on absolute clinical freedom and wants to manage your own treatment plans independently without anyone looking over your shoulder, this is the perfect spot for you.

Because we are a newly opened clinic, you won't be inheriting an old patient base. Instead, you get a clean slate to set your own clinical standards from day one. Don't worry about an empty chair, though—our location has good foot traffic. We are currently appointment-only on weekends, but we are ready to open every day once we have a full-time dentist on board.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (DMD)

• Current and valid PRC license

• Completion of preceptorship is a plus

• At least 1 year of experience in general dentistry

• Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills in general dental procedures and patient management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and infection control

• Ability to work independently

• Professional and ethical approach to patient care and confidentiality

• Willingness to undertake professional development and stay current with best practices in dentistry

• Proficiency in digital dental systems and patient management software is advantageous

Key responsibilities

• Comprehensive examination of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose dental problems and determine appropriate treatment plans

• Perform a range of preventative and restorative dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and provide prosthodontic treatments as needed

• Assess and manage patient pain, utilising appropriate pain management techniques and anaesthetic protocols

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient clinical records and treatment documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients about their dental health, treatment options, and preventative care recommendations

• Adhere to all infection control procedures, sterilisation protocols, and health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with dental assistant to ensure seamless patient care

• Participate in continuing professional development and stay updated with advances in dental practice

• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and support the smooth operation of the practice
