Job summary

Kroll’s Cyber Academy in Manila is a launching pad for aspiring cyber professionals. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real client matters, work with Windows and Linux, and learn alongside experts across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to apply education to real-world scenarios
• Strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to meet SLAs
• Commitment to professional development
• Exposure to at least one of the following is desirable: First Line Support, Security platforms (SIEM, EDR), Security infrastructure or automation, Threat intelligence or threat hunting, Penetration testing, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cyber project or service management
• Nice to have: Cyber security certifications, Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or MITRE, Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills, Understanding of data protection laws
