Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in market research, healthcare research, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with survey platforms is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
• Demonstrated curiosity about healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health markets.

• Participates in internal project meetings and may attend client meetings with seniors.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in market research, healthcare research, consulting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with survey and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project timelines.
• Demonstrated curiosity about healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health markets.
• Experience coordinating interviews, research participants, or fieldwork activities is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health, public health, or consulting environments is preferred but not required.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a consulting and research environment.
