Responsibilities

• Provide the client with comprehensive, timely and extensive support for enterprise tools.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing training materials.
• Perform tools and applications demos to clients.
• Assist in migrating customers onto the tools and applications.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling tools and applications timelines by performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance.
• Responsible with providing input and status updates to management as needed.
• Use problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges.
• Adapt to cultural and organizational climates across global teams.
• Perform ad hoc requests as needed.
• Create metrics for the enterprise.
• Assist with testing enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience with tools and applications with direct client support.

Education: A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.

Competencies & Skills

• Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day‑to‑day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in writing.
• Knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
• Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time.
• Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.
