Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Program Management Consultant to lead large-scale initiatives within the Advisors & Consulting Services group. You will oversee delivery across cards, payments, and financial services domains, guiding clients through complex transformations.

In this role you will analyze portfolio performance, benchmark outcomes, and translate insights into strategic recommendations, partnering with client executives and Mastercard stakeholders to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management.
  • Experience with cards, payments, or financial services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across clients in a fast-paced environment.
