Job summary

SVEN in Manila is seeking a Visual Execution and Production specialist to craft high quality artwork for social media, websites, digital ads, and print materials. You will convert assets to video with minimal animation and support creative production.

You will contribute to creative thinking, source assets, manage files, and ensure on-time deliverables. You’ll lead junior designers, coordinate with the team, and help maintain SVEN's standards in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work in a digital agency environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN across social, web, digital ads, and apps.
• Convert materials to video format with minimal animation.
• Create print materials for OOH, trade, retail, and events.
• Source assets and perform post-processing for client materials.
• Review designs with supervisors and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead junior designers and delegate tasks within the team.
• Present concepts and final ideas to clients and team.
• Adapt visuals to feedback and maintain project timelines.
