Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about social media, email marketing, and digital engagement. You will assist in creating and managing content across various platforms, maintain a consistent brand presence online, and help track and analyze campaign performance. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Help maintain the social media calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to basic inquiries or comments
  • Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports using analytics tools
  • Support in executing email campaigns and newsletters
  • Help segment email lists and monitor campaign results (e.g., open rates, clicks, unsubscribes)

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their basic functions
  • Basic understanding of content creation and maintaining brand voice consistency across digital channels
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and audience engagement best practices
  • Ability to monitor and respond to online interactions professionally and promptly
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with email list segmentation and analyzing campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail
