Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City is seeking an Associate Accountant to support expense reporting, corporate card administration, and month-end activities. The role offers a hybrid work setup with in-office days at the BGC, Taguig site.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least 1 year in accounts payable or travel & entertainment expense reporting, and strong Excel skills. CPA is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, or Expense Reporting.
• Exposure to month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP or any ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work on a Hybrid set up (3x RTO) in our BGC, Taguig office.

Responsibilities

• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.
• Verify receipts, expense coding, and supporting documentation.
• Process employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance and maintenance.
• Reconcile corporate card transactions and investigate unreconciled items.
• Monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
