Job summary

Analog Devices in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Accountant to support expense processing, card program administration, and month-end close activities. You will ensure policy compliance, accurate journal entries, and timely reimbursements, working within a hybrid setup at our BGC, Taguig office.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 1+ year experience in accounts payable or expense reporting, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Etertainment, or Expense Reporting.
• Exposure to month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP or any ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.

Job Summary
