We are looking for an Associate Account Director for our client in BGC, Taguig

Role:Associate Account Director
Industry: Creative Agency
Location: BGC,Taguig
Set up: Hybrid (2-3x WFH)
Salary: up to 100k
Schedule: Mon to Fri, midshift

Reporting lines and key stakeholders:

This role reports to theASP Operating Unit Lead

Requirements

  • Oversee the team in their day-to-day contact with agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
  • Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client, and agencies
  • Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas
  • Manage agreed budgets and administration
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card
  • Accountable for all financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a video, print, or digital production role essential
  • Proven experience in primary and post-production (e.g. shoots, post-work process, etc.)
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
