Job Description
INNOVATIONS AND EXPERIENCES LEAD
- Defines a clear vision and provides deep insights to mentor and guide the assigned teams.
- Oversees consultations and executions of all creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
- Provides leadership and motivation to foster the agency’s standards of creative excellence and digital ingenuity to consistently achieve client goals.
Daily goals:
- Oversee all pitch and project requirements and ensure everything is properly managed and on track.
- Assess the right team members to be involved in the different pitch and project requirements.
- Define the project approach, lead strategic planning and brainstorming of the team.
- Lead team presentations to Creative Director to secure all necessary approvals.
- Identify and monitor daily next steps on assigned requirements to ensure adherence to internal and external timelines.
- Create final pitch presentations, with the support of the respective pitch teams.
- Lead pitch presentations to clients.
- Consult on innovations and experience requirements for existing accounts whenever necessary.
- Share new innovations and trends on digital for the team to experiment with.
Additional Responsibilities
Key Account Leadership:
- Responsible for leading the overall creative operations for assigned accounts, from planning to execution.
- Engages senior clients with an understanding of their needs and where they can take their brands and business.
- Collaborates with art directors, strategy managers, and digital development heads to ensure holistic and timely project execution.
- Ensures all projects have signed cost estimates and are billed accordingly.
Team Management:
- Guides and mentors the Strategic Services team, providing constructive feedback on performance and work attitude.
- Ensures daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligence.
- Fairly implements and enforces company policies and troubleshoots challenges involving other departments.
General Management:
- Works closely with upper management to monitor and actively manage the strategy team’s workload.
- Ensures all projects run smoothly and brand relationships are properly managed.
- Continuously elevates the standard and quality of work output and client service.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ready to take on award-winning breakthroughs.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- Open to working onsite if needed, or otherwise able to work remotely.
