Qualifications

• College degree in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations.
• 1–2 years supervisory/leadership in end-to-end ops.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Assist in inventory planning, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all inventory.
• Support the use and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies, procedures, safety practices, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO.
• Oversee effectiveness of operational processes to ensure utilization, upkeep of facilities, and maintenance of equipment.
• Review monthly revenue reports, verify completeness and analyze rates and profitability.
• Regularly assess personnel performance and provide feedback for improvements.
