Job summary

WELIVELY INC in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee material flow from receiving to dispatch. You will manage stock levels, optimize storage space, and coordinate loading and unloading with production teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the warehouse team, implementation of WMS, and monitoring KPIs to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials from receiving, stocking to picking and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and optimize storage space.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of materials, arrange deliveries, manage dispatch of materials to production.
• Regular inspection, maintenance warehouse equipment.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
• Monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage warehouse team.
• Implement warehouse management systems (WMS).
