The Assistant Vice President - Marketing will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of all nationwide marketing campaigns, creative content, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative, impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our audience, drive brand awareness, and elevate our market presence. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in campaign management, team leadership, and project oversight.

The job includes:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Conceptualize and oversee the execution of nationwide marketing campaigns, from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.

  • Develop and implement major seasonal campaigns, special projects, and branded publications, including magazines, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Creative Content Creation & Branding:

  • Spearhead creative direction for content across digital, print, and social platforms.

  • Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards, conveying a consistent, compelling message across all channels.

  • Lead the team in producing innovative content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage a team of creative professionals fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign strategies and messaging.

Project Management & Budget Oversight:

  • Oversee the project management of all campaigns and creative initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
