Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, finance, or banking, ideally in real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin.
• Expertise in liquidity, cash flow, debt financing, and risk management.
• Experience structuring and negotiating real estate project financing.
