This position is primarily responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, screening them to see if they meet office criteria, gathering the information required for a Social Security application, and ensuring representation paperwork is signed and returned to the office. They would also be in charge of managing the team in the Team Lead’s absence. The position requires skills in phone conversation, customer service, basic data entry, and effective time management.
