In 2023, we expanded into retail with stores in malls such as Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Antipolo, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Vertis North, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, and our first provincial store in Ayala Cebu by the Bloc. We aim to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!

What You'll Do

• Assume the role of Store Supervisor (if unavailable) to lead a team of self-driven members in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor sales and stock levels; coordinate replenishment schedules.
• Analyze sales results and report findings to management.
• Serve as an ambassador of the brand, collecting customer feedback and reporting to the head office.

What We're Looking For

• At least a college degree graduate.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A hunger for success and motivation to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Supervisory or OIC experience in a leading retail store is essential.
• Willing to work in Cebu.
