Overview

The Assistant Retail Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure sales and operational objectives are met while delivering a premium customer experience. This role drives sales performance, ensures operational compliance, and maintains high standards in visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. The Assistant Retail Store Manager acts as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance to the Retail Sales Experts, assisting in store-level reporting, and ensuring partner program execution. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assumes full responsibility for the store’s operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to meet sales and operational objectives and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Lead on the sales floor and provide guidance to the Retail Sales Experts.
  • Assist in store-level reporting and ensure partner program execution.
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Professional appearance with excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex messages in a clear, simple manner
