Job summary

Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, and month-end reporting across multiple platforms and entities. Fresh graduates with internship experience or candidates with accounting experience are welcome.

You will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, investigate discrepancies, and support timely reporting from Iloilo City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience or internships in bookkeeping, reconciliations, or month-end accounting.
• Strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Excellent Excel skills with emphasis on reconciliations and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Support Accounts Payable including invoice processing, PO matching, payments, and supplier queries.
• Process sales invoice amendments and credit notes; allocate customer payments and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed assets/storage asset records and ensure related billing accuracy; assist operations with finance queries.
