Assistant Logistics Coordinator - Nationwide Delivery Operations

AgriSagana Corp. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Department in monitoring all nationwide salt deliveries within the Philippines. The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery operations by coordinating with various stakeholders, including salt cooperatives, customers, and logistics providers. This role is crucial to our commitment to providing timely and accurate deliveries across the country.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Monitoring and Coordination
- Oversee delivery schedules and track real-time progress of shipments across vessels, wingvan 10-wheeler trucks, and smaller vehicles.
- Coordinate with salt cooperatives, customers, and logistics providers to ensure clear communication and streamlined processes.
2. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records for each shipment, including documentation of delivery checklists, deadlines, receipts, and confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and customer requirements throughout the delivery process.

3. Issue Resolution
- Proactively address any delays or issues that may arise during transportation.
- Work closely with logistics providers to troubleshoot problems, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, logistics partners, and cooperatives, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed.

5. Reporting & Analysis
- Compile regular reports on delivery status, adherence to timelines, and any incidents that may impact service quality.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Education: Open to all applicants of varying educational background. Candidates with educational attainment in the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related with a definite advantage.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably with nationwide or multi-region delivery operations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and documentation tools.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think quickly and respond to issues with effective solutions.

  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, from customers to private partners.

Additional Information

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-6pm

  • Compensation: Basic Salary range of Php20,000.00 - 25,000.00 depending on experience

  • Office: Kamias, Quezon City

  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the Philippines may be required for on-site coordination and stakeholder meetings.
