SIR Fitness LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Crunch Fitness locations. This role emphasizes leading a high-energy team, driving membership sales, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

The position requires nights and weekends availability and offers a pathway to advanced leadership within a growing franchise. You will be responsible for coaching staff, coordinating promotions, and delivering top-tier customer service while supporting the General Manager in achieving club

• CPR/AED Certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• As captain of the team, set the bar for sales and customer service while supporting the General Manager.

• Serve as manager on duty for customer service needs and coach staff.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
• CPR/AED Certification
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people

Responsibilities

As the captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:

• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions
• Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs
• Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching

The Location

SIR Fitness is based in Southern California and our 13 franchise locations include Crunch Anaheim, Crunch Orange, Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch Placentia, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Oceanside, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch University Square, Crunch Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
