I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Checks and verifies accounting/bookkeeping transactions to ensure accuracy by reviewing Accounting Cost via Invoice or other documents that needs posting, researching any missing information, and matching invoices with In-Use Inventory Equipment Receiving Reports
- Utilizes knowledge of computer software and equipment to meet the goals of the department
- Updates and creates spreadsheets in the system. Performs repetitive data entry transactions
- Establishes and inputs new asset as well as its corresponding code in the Fixed Asset software and generation of Barcode Label for each item
- Processes and records reports of items that are reported lost, stolen, destroyed or being transferred.
- Reviews and analyzes physical inventories as completed by departments to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conducts physical count/spot check to other departments or any location based on schedule or assignment
- Performs Inventory/Asset Tagging based on assigned location and schedules
- Performs administrative tasks such as but not limited to maintaining filing system, responding to mails, and screens requests from departments
- Performs other job related duties assigned by superior
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Post-graduate units or degree is an advantage
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Fixed Assets/Warehouse
- Management or Inventory Control in a Hotel/Casino/Resort industry
- Knowledge in Asset Management software such as ERP, Redrock, SAP, and similar software

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Other Qualifications
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino
- Knowledge of other language is an advantage
- Maintain control under stress, work with frequent interruptions and deadlines
