Job Description
The Copy Editor is responsible for the editing and proofing of proposal foundations, as well as associated documents, to ensure overall quality – including but not limited to consistent formats and styles, proper grammatical construction, and clarity of thought.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read through documents, correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, format, awkward sentences, and inconsistences.
- Rewrite where necessary, verify arithmetic, cross check information, and question discussion/logic/argument (edit) for clarity of thought.
- Compare the most recent iterations of copy against previous versions and ensure that all revisions were accurately made.
- Correct grammatical problems (proof).
- Ensure compliance with corporate formatting standards, including heading level order, spacing, bullets/numbered items, and use of serial comma.
- Ensure consistency in format and content.
- Provide quality control for foundations and all associated documents produced by technical writers.
- Determine type of proof/edit required for presentations, proposals, and reports while maintaining high quality.
- Effectively work with the team in assessing requirements to develop and submit the proposal foundations.
- Meet deadlines, both internal and external.
- Prioritize workload to maintain tight schedules of day-to-day operations.
- Set up documents for final copy, ensuring position of graphics and tables in text are correct.
- Stay abreast of editing technology, investigate, and recommend improvements to maintain state-of-the-art capability.
- Serve as subject matter expert on editorial topics, corporate formatting standards, and the Chicago Manual of Style.
- Develop other technical documents such as environmental reports, operations manuals, and other deliverables, as necessary.
- Quickly gain expertise in the corporate proposal development guidelines, processes, methodologies, and formatting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Secondary Education (major in English); AB English; AB Creative Writing; AB Communication; AB Journalism; BS Development Communication; AB Literature, AB Language and Literature; AB Mass Communication; as well as other communication- and English language-related courses.
- At least 1 year experience as a Copy Editor or Business/Technical/Proposal Writer.

We're looking for a creative and driven video content creator who can shoot, edit, and bring real estate stories to life. If you're passionate about short-form content, up to date with social trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this might be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Film cinematic real estate walkthroughs (ideally one-take style)
- Capture lifestyle reels, behind-the-scenes, and property highlights
- Shoot and edit vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Operate mobile gimbals (DJI Osmo Mobile 7) and drones (preferably DJI Mini 4 Pro) - Both are available for usage already.
- Edit videos using Final Cut Pro (desktop) or CapCut/VN (mobile)
- Sync audio, apply LUTs, transitions, speed ramps, and light color grading
- Collaborate on concepts, hooks, and storytelling angles
- Organize and upload files via Google Drive
- Join property shoots and viewings across South Metro locations
- Work directly with me (Benj) and the team to align content with brand and sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Skilled in video shooting using iPhone 13 Pro Max or newer
- Strong eye for lighting, composition, and transitions
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, VN, or InShot
- Familiar with drone shooting and footage workflows (D-Log, ProRes a plus)
- Updated on trends, viral formats, and platform best practices
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing projects from shoot to upload
- Willing to travel to Alabang, Cavite, Sta. Rosa, and Batangas
