Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive strategic financial insights and forecasting for global service lines and leadership teams. You will model projections, analyze monthly performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to steer business decisions.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong English skills, and the ability to develop impactful presentations for executive audiences while fostering cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or professional certification in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Service Lines, Clients and Industries, Growth and Innovation, and Investments Finance leaders to drive analytics and executive presentations.
• Model projections and analyze monthly performance, provide recommendations for actions, and present findings to Finance leadership.
• Understand demand factors (pipeline, wins) and project their impact on future performance.
• Provide scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis and present findings to Finance leadership.
• Identify analyses to enhance performance insights and suggest corrective actions.
• Analyze and present complex financial data in clear formats and develop impactful executive communications.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership, FP&A, Service Lines, and Regions.
• Champion automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve financial reporting and insights.
• Act as counsellor and coach to team members, supporting development of Trusted Business Advisor competencies.

Job description

• Partner with Global Service Lines, Clients and Industries, Growth and Innovation, and Investments Finance leaders to drive a cohesive and efficient approach to strategic analytics, insights and executive presentations related to business performance, integrated planning and forecasting
• Model projections and analyze monthly performance, forward-looking indicators, offering recommendations for business actions, delivering insights that drive decision-making, and presenting key findings to the Finance leadership teams
• Understand demand factors such as pipeline, wins, and analyze and project their impact on the future performance.
• Provide scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis and present findings to Finance leadership
• Proactively identify analyses to enhance performance insights (e.g., pipeline coverage, profitability, staffing levels, investments, expense controls, and cash collections) and suggest course correcting actions.
• Analyze and present complex financial data in clear and engaging format. Develop impactful presentations and communications for executive audiences
• Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, FP&A sub-functions, Service Lines, and Regions.
• Champion the adoption of automation, AI, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in financial reporting and insights by partnering with Global Analytics, Data & Technology and Reporting & Data Analytics teams
• Act as counsellor and coach to other team members as required, supporting development and demonstration of Trusted Business Advisor competencies of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance)
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong spoken and written English
