Job summary

• Willing to be assigned in NU Manila.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, legal, risk management, or information security functions; experience in the education sector is an advantage.

• Must have attended at least 1 Data Privacy Seminar.

• Strong knowledge of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring data privacy policies, compliance programs, and privacy risk assessments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with strong analytical, communication, and policy-writing skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Willing to be assigned in NU Manila.
