Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, focusing on sales growth and efficient resource management. You will lead branch staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of retail management experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including inventory, staff supervision, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and develop branch staff to ensure skillful performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotional activities and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Handle cash management in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and inventory levels.
