Cloudstaff in the Philippines invites an Assistant AU Tax Manager to join our hybrid team in Pampanga. You will analyse financial information, prepare reports, and support tax planning for clients, while guiding junior staff.

The ideal candidate has a Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major, CA or equivalent, and 4–5 years in professional services, with strong communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative office environment.

Formación

• 4-5 years’ experience in Professional Services.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Committed to continuing professional development.
• Previous experience managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review work papers and ensure appropriate evidence is documented.
• Applies knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry.
• Shares knowledge, best practices and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team.
• Communicates with manager and partners on work flow and matters relating to staff performance.
• Reviews work of junior team members.
• Ensure processing of information into the Firms systems has been properly recorded.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
• Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues.
• Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients.
• Reviews income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts; and
• Delivers complex tax planning for clients.
