Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an HR Admin (Project-based).

The Admin Assistant will perform the end-to-end new ID layout, data gathering and printing for total URC (BCFG, Flour, SURE and UPACK) in compliance to NPC new guidelines

To be successful in the role, the jobholder must be well organized and have effective communication & stakeholder management skills.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Data gathering of the masterlist per site/plant.
  • Coordinate and assist in the scheduling of pictorials for Tera and GIC-based employees in coordination with URC Media.
  • Handle the layout and printing of employee IDs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and monitor orders for printing supplies such as ink, PVC cards, etc.
  • Facilitate the release of IDs to respective sites/plants.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to ESA-Admin.
  • Knows basic trouble shooting
  • Knowledgeable in Canva, Microsoft Powerpoint , photo editor, etc.
  • Any related task that may be assigned from time to time

What are the Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • At least six (6) months' work experience in computer related
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Willing to work onsite (5 days per week)
  • Willing to work for a project-based employment (6 months but can be extended depends on the need)
